I'm really struggling with week 3. I just finished day 3 but I will prob need to repeat this week because I couldn't do the run for 3 mins straight without having to stop and walk. My legs just hurt so bad. I've tried stretching and using a foam roller and nothing seems to take away the soreness and pain while I run. I am overweight so maybe that's why it's so hard. I did so well with week 1 & 2 but now I'm really struggling with week 3. Starting to feel like I can't even do a full 5k. And second guessing myself and thinking that I can't do this. Any advice is helpful.
