Hello all! I'm 27 years old and finally getting back to running! I'm unfortunately needing to start at the beginning again, taking time to retrain myself. I haven't been running in such a long time that I'm easily getting out of breath quicker than any of my running buddies (it's quite embaressing). But nonetheless, I downloaded this app in hopes that I can build stamina again as well as lose some excess pounds!! Wooohooo!
