  1. I read that you're not supposed to stretch. That you are supposed to warm up. The program starts with a five minute warm up. I don't believe my issue with fatigue has to do with not stretching. And the other reply said to reduce the pace. It's already reduced.
  2. Today was my first day. During the times that I was supposed to run for 60 seconds I could only make it to 45 seconds once and 30 seconds a couple of times. My legs have very bad fatigue. What do I do to prevent that from happening? Do I just keep going through the daily workouts and hope things get better?
