  1. Make sure to do your strength exercises. This will help in your endurance and can build up your speed. As stated in a previous post, make sure to stay injury free. Dont push yourself too much and always have fun.
  2. Just signed up. Wish i knew about yhis earlier. Havent been working out foe a while and excited to start up again with this app.
