Hello everyone!!! I'm Mike!! My friends are helping me get in shape and lose weight!!! I'm doing a 10k in May! I'm pretty overweigh (380lbs)t, but I've always been able to athletic things!! I finished week 1!!!! I've been able to run the whole time and walk!! I'm pretty sore now lol! Would love some encouragement and tips!!! Not sure if I should be running everyday or what!
