  1. I just finished it, it was so hard I did it twice! I thought week 4 day 1 was a mistake, week 3 was only 9 mins running, and week 4 is 16! Then it goes down to 15 mins in week 5. My left calf is like a rock, and my ankles hurt too. I had to go alot slower to finish it as well
  2. Hi mummas. Was trying to post here for a week but couldn't log in for some reason. I've just started week 4. It is hard trying to find the time with a 16 month old and a 4 year old! Good luck everyone!!
