Hello. My name is Teresa, and I live in Oxford,NC. I turned 47 years old last month and just completed W1D3. I did two days lay week to test myself, reset it for this week and did all three days. It kicked my butt and I loved it! I haven't jogged in years - just here and there over the summer for 30 secs or so. Definitely not consecutive. I've lost a lot of weight, so I figured I'd give it a go. I know that I will continue to get my butt kicked throughout the eight weeks..but I look forward to it!!
