Hello, My name is Chris and I am kind of new to this. I am currently living in Stillwater, OK and am looking at a goal of being able to do Iron Man Galveston in 6 months. It is a half Iron Man so its only 1.2 swim/56mile bike/13.1 run.
Since I have never done anything like this before I started by looking at the C25K app and all of the other options Zen Labs has to offer. I would like to hear from the community here though what they recommend because I know this is a challenging goal but I believe that I can accomplish it if I really focus on what I am doing.
