Last week was week 5 for me day 1 & 2 were completed but day 3 was another story. Restarted week 5 this week again day 1 & 2 completed but day 3 is kicking my butt. Help I need advice. Should I move on to week 6...should I rinse & repeat week 5 over & over...or should I just repeat day 3 until I can complete my 20 minute run?
