  1. I've just calculated how far I was running on C25K and it turned out to be only 3.6K. Now doing C210K and and finding the same thing, the route is significantly less than 10K. Does this just mean I'm running way too slow?!
  2. I had labrum surgery 4yrs ago and am managing another tear. I'm active and on week 3 of the program. I've been quite tight in my hips. Things that help: a really good stretch (30 mins+) straight after my run when my muscles are warm and receptive, tennis ball releases in hips/butt/back, continuing my therapy exercises to strengthen the weak muscles.
