Hi all. Not a runner but I can walk for days. I kind of do a jog on the run portion. Today is week 3, day 3. On day 2 this week my upper thighs started screaming at me and still are 2 days later. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I do pilates and yoga on the days between this app. I'm also a type 1 diabetic, which brings its own special problems to the game. Lol
