  1. Well after a wk off for vacation and a redo of wk1d3 to make sure i didnt regress too much i was able to ger thur w2d1. I can def tell the difference. The extra 30 secs is noticeable wether it was from walking or running. I do have one question just about half way into the exercise i feel not pain but a slight discomfort in my side just below my ribs. It went away right before the last two sets so i dont think its a cause for alarm just wondering if this is normal.

    Make it to the wks end. Wk 1 wasnt so bad. I only hope i feel the same way in the following wks
  5. Just finished my first day. Havent run in a couple if months and I wanted to quit halfway through. But I pushed myself to see it thru. I do have one question. Should i space out my run days every other day or don3 days back to back?
