  1. Wish it's easy and fast to lose the weight but not always work out. I have around 100 lb to lose to be in healthy BMI :-/ Right now i found that slow and steady is best- i'm still learning. I'm impatient sometimes. Right now I'm hoping to try to lose around 50 lb by the end of this year so i can be in one-wonderland by 2015 lol i'm tired of being unhealthy. so thankful for c25k training to help me get there since i started liking running/jogging a little bit.
  2. I wish we all could lose the weight fast/easy but i found out it's best to lose slowly. I'm still learning- have over 100 lb to lose but hoping to lose about 50 by end of this year so i can be in one-wonderland by 2015 lol
  3. I'm curious about this too! I'm still doing C25k training cuz i never finished the full 8 weeks- i jogged/walked 2 5k races last fall and now i'm starting over this year since I'm hoping to do a half marathon next spring I'm very overweight so it's tough.
