Wish it's easy and fast to lose the weight but not always work out. I have around 100 lb to lose to be in healthy BMI :-/ Right now i found that slow and steady is best- i'm still learning. I'm impatient sometimes. Right now I'm hoping to try to lose around 50 lb by the end of this year so i can be in one-wonderland by 2015 lol i'm tired of being unhealthy. so thankful for c25k training to help me get there since i started liking running/jogging a little bit.
