Hi all. I'm nearly 48 and have lost about 20 pounds over the last 2 years with cycling. I got hooked on it pretty quick. But now the nights are dark when I get home from work i cant get out on the bike. So I need a new challenge to keep me fit. Started C25k on Saturday doing week 1 day 1 and loved it. 20 on my indoor bike tonight and hope to do day 2 tomorrow night.
I'm getting married next year and I want to be another 10 pounds lighter to look great in my dress.
I just need some company to share this running experience with and I'm sure this is the right place.
