Trying out a post to see if any motivation comes from this.
I have a history of starting new projects and never following through.
I'm 31 and signed up for my first half marathon, April 2nd.
I just got married in September and really want to complete this before we start having kids. I used to be an avid runner, to help with stress. Then I broke my ankle a couple years ago and since then, running has been on and off-nothing at all like it used to be.
Since I met my husband my gym time has gone from routine to non existent and I'm hoping this will get both of us back in the swing of things.
I will be training inside on the treadmill the majority of the time since it puts less stress on my ankle.
Any tips and recommendations are greatly appreciated!
