I have always wanted to be a runner or jogger. Had ACL reconstruction in August 2014 and can jog short distances now. My biggest problem is knowing the difference between a jog and a run.
I have 4 dogs that I walk almost every day and we walk at a pretty fast pace. Our best is a mile in 13 minutes 31seconds, according to Map My Walk.
I'm anxious to try this app and see if I can build up to a 5K.
