I know what to do, how to do it, and I have all the tools I need to succeed and get healthy...but my motivation is like a roller coaster. I just need to get up and make it happen. It's like I need someone to call me and check in on me to make sure I'm doing what I'm supposed to do. I was considering a personal trainer but decided I should be my own trainer. In the long run I need to learn to hold myself accountable. So here I am, will use this site as part of planning and accountability.
Goal: lose 25 lbs by June 1.
