Hello guys, I started the C25K program about two weeks ago and I'm wondering if there are drawbacks to finishing the program faster than the given schedule. I've been running six days and resting one. Today will the week 4 day 3 workout for me.
I'm also coupling C25K with the Focus T25 workout videos and doing those five days a week. I'm just wondering if I'm taking this too fast, even though my body doesn't feel overly stressed.
