I am just starting out and feeling great. I am 57 years old and about 60 pounds overweight. Since there is snow on the ground I am using my treadmill.
I have done three days in a row and realize the app only has 3 days per week. I assume this means I should either repeat each day or use it alternate days?.
I have never run before but have always wanted to try it. This app combined with my fitness pal and fit bit seem to be a good fit.
