Hi everyone! I am brand new to running and struggling to fit it into my schedule (I am a law student and mother to an almost-two-year-old). My husband signed us up for my first 10k in February, so I cannot fall behind on this program! I am just about to start Week 3 and I have encountered a small problem - when I run, my calves get so tight it almost feels like I can't take a full step. It doesn't seem to matter how much I stretch throughout the day. Any tips?
