Hi all, I'm just about to graduate my C25k app & thought getting a bit more support for my bridge to 10k was probably a good idea - especially with the dark & cold winter nights drawing in!
I've never been much of a runner, largely because my knees have never been able to hack it. I've got some proper running shoes now though, and no sign of hobbling for anything other than stiff muscles!
Anyway, just thought I'd say hello!
