Help! I just downloaded 26.2. My 5k and 10k app had me run 3x per week. This one says 7 days per week. That can't be right? Please advise. Thanks! Share any other tips for training for a marathon.
If I finish this app, will I be able to jog an entire marathon? I dont want to have to walk. PS. I'm training for a 1/2 ironman 2017, full ironman 2018.
