Hi I swim regularly that is a mile and a half twice a week. But running is a whole different thing! I have been doing this app for past 3 weeks on a treadmill with an incline of 2 which is what I have been advised by the try-a-tri team so when you run outside its not so hard. Got to week four day one OUCH! Had to drop it to a incline of 1 and reduce speed. Think I will be at this week for. While! Also trying to loose weight but not going great, trying the fitness pal app? Any suggestions?
