Just started running after 7 years plagued with injuries.
Finished day 1 (and before I found this app I managed to do 1.8km in 10 days.)
Anything I should know for week 2 to watch out for? Ex: which stretches to do, any deal breakers , mind tricks/demotivating triggers etc
