Morning all from sunny AZ ~ Today was Week 1 Day 1 and it was wonderful. My goal is to run most if not al of 2 5k's in December. Hubby is an avid runner and is supporting me a ton. He is part of the Surprise Runners Club and I am one of the newest members. it is time to rock and roll and continue to get healthy for my family.
