  1. I groaned about week 3, but did Day 1 completely. I haven't been able to complete day 2 completely though. On the second 3 minute run I only make it 2.5 minutes. I've restarted that day 3 times, but my legs give out. I am really overweight so I am just getting back to it, and trying to be proud of what has been accomplished, but frustrated I can't complete the second 3 minute run. I am determined to do a 5K by the Spring but was hoping to stick closer to the program and complete it by Christmas. Anyone having the same struggle or can offer tips?
