  1. Thnx, I have checked with the doc, and she says my body will tell me when enough is enough. I am always going to be in pain, but I will know the differences between them. She is behind me all the way. I will keep everyone posted on my progress. My hope is to be able to do a 5k before the new year.
  2. Oh and it's a seven year old injury. But it's still a problem. It has been getting better with each pound I lose.
  3. Hello everyone, my name is Jay and I am really new to this. I was wondering if I have to wait four more days before I can start week two. I don't hurt, but I am overweight. I have lost 40 lbs by dieting and walking and decided to up my game. I have a back injury, and I was wondering if it would be ok to push.
