My name is Andrea. I have never ran before but am in a Weightloss program and we are going to run a 5K together (yikes!). I have lost 25lbs (yippee!) but working towards anther 25! I have a set of twins (boy/girl) that will be 10 months in a week!! They are my motivation!! Any advice would be welcome on this new journey!!
