I'm 50. Running off and on (more off than on) for about 10 years. I get on a roll, really motivated then the knees start becoming a problem. At my last restart, I did a few 5ks and one 10k. At the 10k I was the last one in but it was such a proud moment for me; I felt invincible. I want that feeling back. Taking it slower this time around and trying something new with joining this forum.
