Our entire extended family decided to do a 5k Thanksgiving day. My sister-in-law and I have never been runners. I told my daughter I was nervous and she suggested this app. I'll be 51 next week and just finished week 1! Good luck to you and your dad!

My entire family and extended family decided to do a 5k Thanksgiving Day. My sister-in-law and I are not runners and the only ones that have never done a 5k. my daughter suggested this app and I like it so far. I will be 51 in a few weeks and just finished week 1!
