hey everyone. I'm working at this again. A year and a half ago I was running a marathon. Everything after that went down hill. I have been in a perpetual binge since then. Because I haven't been eating healthily I haven't had the energy or motivation required to get my ass off the couch. I'm 31 and constantly struggle with body and self esteem issues. I'm hoping this will get me back on track slowly. Any accountability friends would be great Good luck to everyone starting out and I will see you around
