Just started the program to get myself ready for running in Navy bootcamp. So glad to see all of the success everyone is having. I'm on day 1 of week two and I've been running 6 days a week instead of 3. Just repeating each day. So nice to have a chat board where we can motivate each other and ask questions
Last night I researched proper form for running...I was landing on heels which is a big no no so my run today took me getting used to landing mid food and shortening my strides.
