OMG! Let me start by saying I am a former athlete. I played basketball throughout college. I am 38 with a 4 year old and I have to admit working out now is way harder than basketball camp ever was. I know what to do, but my body tells me "oh heck no, not today honey". Then to add to this anxiety I just found out I have a meniscal tear. I am on day 2 and I don't have any pain, is it safe to continue? I am putting off surgery until I can't go anymore. Am I doing more harm?
