  1. I have been running for several months now & have even completed my first 10k several weeks ago. I've lost 20lbs but I'm still struggling with my endurance & definitely my speed. I found this app & just completed wk 1 day 1 today. I'm very excited to take a different approach to my training! My goal is to complete my first half marathon April 2016! Lots of work ahead of me.
