I started jogging using this app. At wk 2 day 1, my husband asked to join me. I offered to start over but he declined. We made it to wk 4 day 1, and that is when he started feeling pain in his calf. He pushed through and finished the workout but hasn't been able to run since. He's talked me out of continuing without him for a week now. Yesterday, he asked if I'd be willing to wait until Monday and then start over at wk 1 day 1. Would you agree to this? I offered to try week 3 day 1 since I've already gone a week without running. I'm feeling disappointed in myself for allowing him to "hold me back".
