hi! I just started the C25k today even though I've had the app on my phone for quite a while. I am about to start a new job next month where I will be on my feet pretty much the whole 12 hour shift and need to get in better shape. I haven't been a runner at all, but have always wished I was. Today I walked in the treadmill for 30 minutes and then did Week 1 Day 1 workout. When I was done I sent my husband a text that said I was whooped, but when I thought about it I really wasn't. I am excited to start on my new journey to becoming a runner! Wish me luck!!
