Hi everyone,
I'm going to try and get fit because I'm finding that having too much fat on my body is rather uncomfortable. I also hate sweating so much in the summer in places that I have never done so in the past! I'm going to be realistic, I have no idea how long it'll take me to get back into shape. Maybe this app will do it. Maybe spending money on a gym will. My one strength is that I enjoy eating healthy foods, so I definitely have a good start. Maybe I'll do a color run next year.
