Hi,
I'm overweight, not really used to jogging or running. My week 1 day 1 didn't go well today, lost my breath, felt weakness & cold, thought I would faint. I paused the app @9min timer (which includes 5min warmup).
Do I need to walk and build my stamina first or can I directly start day 1 of week 1?
Any suggestions on how to improve myself?
