My body can handle more. After all my years in the Marine Corps, I know I can push my body a lot harder then I am now. My biggest issue is cardio fitness. I recover from the runs very fast. Then I find myself desiring to do it again. Feeling as if I have not tortured myself enough for the day.
I am much older now. I know what burn out does. I do not want that. How do I control myself. What's the best way to proceed?
