Hi everyone!
I decided to start this program because I want to get back into great shape. I used to dance 6 hours a day but I was injured and had to quit ballet. College got in the way and I haven't danced in two years, I've tried to keep up with some physical activity by doing yoga and running but I've never really stuck to anything, I think this schedule will help me be held accountable for running while building up my endurance and strength so I can go back to dance.
Ive heard great things about the couch to 5k schedule and I'm really excited to get started tomorrow!
