I actually run barefoot sometimes and it feels nice against my feet. I would reccomend running barefoot if you own a treadmill. If you do not own a treadmill, then you should use the barefoot running sneakers.

[Running Shoes]

I personally love my new running shoes, I use the Nike Flex 2015 Run shoes. I wear a womens size 6, and they are true to their size. There is some space left over inside of the shoe to make them more comfortable. In conclusion, the Nike Flex 2015 Run are my favorite running shoes.
