  1. i just started today but started on week 6 since I've been running for a little bit and did fine with it. I was looking at what the next workouts are and realized that my current 12 minute mile isn't going to be fast enough to complete the program. Should I just focus on running for 30 minutes and then work on my speed or should I go back a few weeks and start over running at a faster speed?
