I decided to take control of my health and train for a 5K that is a little less than 2 months away. I don't think I'll be ready. I was completely winded before my minute run was over. Last week I know I walked a lot of the minutes that I was supposed to run. I will admit this week is slightly better but not much. I don't feel I'll be ready to begin week 2 next week and maybe looking at restarting week 1 a 3rd time. AND I go to the gym also. So I'm not completely out of shape. How can I get better?
