Hello guys! My name is Pauline, I'm 26 and I'm from Russia. I've never run in my life, so now when I've decided to do this I feel so excited. I've already fulfilled week 1 day 1 exercise, and now I'm happy and proud of myself:) I think this forum is a great idea, cause we can support and motivate each other, so good luck for all of us:-)
