  1. I am done with W4D2. My husband and I are running it together and we decided (for the sake of routine) that we would run everyday instead of 3 days per week. We were both in pretty good shape but neither of us did a lot of physical activity so this has been a challenge. The first week of running every day was HORRIBLE! I thought my legs were going to fall off every second of everyday!!! BUT! We ran through the pain and now we are really going! I'm still sore but In a "my body is changing and not dying" kind of way. The runs are getting easier and I'm calling myself a "runner" WOOHOO!!!
  2. Andy, I've never accidentally ran a 5k! That's awesome! Congrats! What app is that you're using? I could use something with voice that tells how far I have gone. It's hard to look at my phone on my arm while running... Talk about accident. I'll run into a tree!!
  3. I'm am about to dive into week 5 as well. Everything so far has been time based. Just curious are Yall using the time Method or are you going by the mileage? This app only tells you time and my Fitbit app tells mileage but what if you don't make it in the allotted time? Do you keep running or stop? I'm imagining I will be repeating this week but just curious how other people have done this time/miles thing.
