So I'm terrifically out of shape. I've been trying to just exercise more often with limited results. My nieces are moving 4 hours closer to me. They are 5 & 6- but I am barely able to keep up with them. So this has to change. A mutual friend on Facebook recently posted she'd like to do a 5k in November. This seems far enough away that I can train and succeed... So here I go. Done week 1 day 2- it isn't pretty and I may have to repeat week 1 but I'm gonna try it.
