  1. You need rest days inbetween! I do other forms of sports inbetween my runs. I have now finished my C210K program and am now training for a marathon. Stef.
  2. I have jumped directly from C25K to week 9 of the C210K trainer and I am now running regularly 10+ kilometer without a stop. Now I am training for a half marathon, so it does work. You can always either step back a week or repeat a day if it is too much. Do your rest days though! Stef.
