  1. Ok so I've been told by my wife and two young kids I need to exercise...which I do as I've gained a fair bit of weight. You know when you see a photo of you swimming and it's kinda scary...well that kind of weight. Anyhow I've been a great runner in the past and when I have been fit I've quite enjoyed running. Problem is I'm now lazy, unmotivated and unfit yet I know I need to do something about it. What are your tips for getting off the couch, getting motivated and maintaining that motivation long term? I'm keen to get rid of my belly an get back to being healthy but want the motivation to remain so...forever!
