well today was my first day with this app and I did pretty well! I was sweating and it felt good! Sounds weird cause when I was younger I was all into sports. I have hypertension now (genetic, blood tests are all great and I eat very healthy), but exercise is lacking. I'm not overweight Per see but I do have a belly (a small tire, lol) and I need to lose ten or fifteen pounds. It will help. I like that I can listen to music and the training says when to do stuff. I didn't do one of the jogs so I walked it, but I hope to be able to do it next session.
