Two years ago I was an avid runner. I'd completed two marathons, over a dozen half marathons, and various other races. Then during a soccer game I went down hard and popped my hip out. Now, my hip still hurts to much more than walk on it, but I miss running. So, I'm giving this program a try to see if I can get back at least part of what I had gained. Also I hope to get my husband into running with this.
